This was the best cut/service experience I've ever had! The salon is very clean, the staff is wonderful. RUTH was my stylist. She provided wonderful service. She is very kind, very thorough, and extremely professional. She ensured I was comfortable through the entire visit. She made sure my cut was exactly what I wanted. She educated me on how to care for my hair type, and what products work the best for my needs. My shampoo and warm towel service made me feel like a princess. I genuinely felt as if I had left the spa a new person. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this location. RUTH is amazing.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I went back and got my hair “fixed” the lady was rude the entire time, she had an attitude I’m guessing because she keeps messing up my hair. She fixed the front lines said she the back was fine, even though where the lines meet are nowhere near even!!! This is a little bit ridiculous and they really need an improvement on customer service and the overall on how they do hair because once again even after going back I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I would have a review but after going out of my way to go to your establishment I was greeted by a locked door and employees telling me they are closed at 5:50pm on a Saturday evening when your website said you were open until 7:00pm. Please change your hours on the website.
